Sticks, Straws, Sleeves and Lids:An Installation by Jonathan Brilliant

Sticks-50,000 wooden coffee stir sticks woven in place and held by tension
Straws-Drinking straws liberated from local coffee shops are inserted one into another to form a meandering line through the gallery walls.
Sleeves-Coffee cup sleeves are inserted one into another and wedged in place with tension to form a loop from floor to wall to ceiling.
Lids-Black, Brown, and White coffee cup lids are affixed to the wall in three circles, each with a radiating center pattern.
