Movement today was slow and fast, but much progress was made. I was able to focus on the area leading from the crate, as well as secure some other problem areas. Tomorrow I need to tackle the sleeves, and dial in the lids. Tonight I need to watch some television and go to sleep.
Looking from the back gallery forward it was really nice to see the beginning of the print layout as indicated by the brown paper. By next week the whole show will be dialed in and the picture will be complete. On the topic of prints I am going to attempt a rare feet tomorrow and friday. I am going to try and design and print an additional print on site to incorporate with the previously completed prints already being framed for the show. In keeping with the spirit of the “Have Sticks Will Travel” mode of adjusting work to suit a site, this print will actually be sized and designed to fill a gap in the print gallery layout. If it doesn’t turn out I can always stencil the words “This Space intentionally left blank” in coffee on that wall.
