Every time I reach a seventh work day on site I can’t help but hear the voice from the ring “Seven days”.
Thanks to Danielle, one of the visarts staff, I have a stock of already stacked sleeves that I can assemble the sleeve line with. This gave me the opportunity to begin securing a section of it running through the second gallery. Tomorrow I can add to the sleeve line and get it back through the main gallery and into the third room. I also had super intern Shannon working again on the lid wall. After her trial run tacking lids last week she was raring to go today, and will be back to kick some lid wall ass tomorrow.
I also managed to get the south wall secured on the other side of the tube and began fleshing out the other side. Tomorrow I will tackle the area near the crate that has needed attention. I am trying to stay calm and focused but with just a around a week until the opening and two print workshops on the schedule for next week I need to “stick” with it.(That was fun, I see why writers are always making “stirring” puns with my work.)
